The work that I offer is simple, powerful, and profound. It is geared toward those who seek authentic, awake, and alive relationships. Suitable for both singles and those who are partnered, coaching addresses healthy sexuality as a foundational aspect of your being and intimacy as the glue of humanity itself. Coaching sessions are individually tailored and can include:

* conversation * counseling * mindful movement * guided meditation

* transformational breathwork * devotional touch.

Although tips and techniques are useful and will be offered, our work together will focus more on speaking your truth and opening the heart. We will utilize breath, sound, movement, touch, and guided imagery to generate and circulate erotic energy in your body.

Sometimes, education and encouragement is all that is needed. Other times, you may feel physically or emotionally blocked from enjoying relaxed pleasure; I guide you to recognize and move through old habits that are holding you back.

The most important factor in your growth and transformation is the strength of your intention and determination. I support you in building this.
